It was registered, next to Carmen Rock Visbal, Sigifredo Eusse, Lacides García, Horacio Brieva, Rafael Baffi Labarrera, Gaspar Hernández, Lola Salcedo, Margarita Galindo, Alvaro Suescún, Nora Carbonell, Anibal Tobón, Mónica Gontovnik, of realizations that today is relating of the cultural historiography of the city in the narrative, the cinema, the picture, the journalism, the music, the poetry, theater, dances.
Its presence to the front of the IDCT is identification guarantee, owner and execution of political and works of great reach. In fact, during the presentation of the programming of the IX International Season of Dance, in elegant act September 1, Marenco Better manifested the main motive guides that inspire its administration by the IDCT, all been worth and of supreme validity, of which I want to stand out the one that has to see with "... the formation of a learned public able to appreciate the big events and artistic-cultural works that arrive to the city worthily", he said.
